Is this program Gluten, Dairy-Free?:
Yes! We remove all dairy and gluten throughout the main meal plan (except for optional mozzarella). Note: The Free Bonus, "Whey Protein" Cookbook, does contain some gluten and dairy dessert recipes.
Is this Meal Plan Low Carb, High Protein?
This program is indeed high protein and low carb! It's designed with optimal macros in mind to help you lose weight and replace fat with lean muscle.
Is this Meal Plan Vegan friendly?
The meal plan is not specifically vegan. We do include animal meats in most of the lunch, and dinner meals. We also give you the option to have a protein shake. That being said… There is a wealth of knowledge in the “Fueling Foundation” nutrition guide and Quick Start Guide that you can use to create your own meal plans based on your own unique specifications. You could easily replace the meat in the recipes with eggs, beans, veggie burgers, Nuts/Almonds/Peanut Butter, Lentils, Quinoa/Rice, Brown Rice pasta, Spinach, and lots of other options. Lots of the snack and healthy dessert recipes are vegan friendly.
What if I'm really busy? Can I still do it?
I'm an extremely busy, work-from-home wife, so I totally get it. If you’re not sure if you have time to workout just remember that the HIIT workouts are quick! Sometimes only 15 minutes long! If your not used to cooking meals from home, you’ll need to carve out some time over the weekend to prep. With our meal plan and weekly shopping lists, we take the guesswork out of “What’s for dinner?”
