Definitely not! Your meals will be nutritious and filling, and portions can easily be adjusted to satisfy your appetite. We’re not about starving! We’re about lasting weight loss. 
 
Do I need to count calories/macronutrients?
Nope! No calorie or macronutrient-counting is required for our program.
